Mission

Within the Academic Affairs and Student Experience Direction at ESCP, your mission will be to assist the EVP in implementing the strategic roadmap of each Director through regular follow-ups to understand what is needed to achieve these goals.

Coordinating with the CTO, the Director of Programmes, and the Dean of Faculty’s office on the transversal implementation of GenAI in the programmes, similar to the successful integration of sustainability.

Conducting international benchmark analysis to suggest innovative ways for students to use GenAI.

Supporting the current Taskforce in reviewing and optimising programme processes, which will then be automated by IT.

Interacting with the Finance department to facilitate reporting to the Executive Committee and Non-executive Board, ensuring the information from the Academic Affairs and Student Experience Departments is reliable despite its complex gathering process.

 

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assisting the EVP for Academic Affairs and Student Experience in implementing the strategic roadmap of each Director through regular follow-ups to understand what is needed to achieve these goals.

  • Coordinating with the CTO, the Director of Programmes, and the Dean of Faculty’s office on the transversal implementation of GenAI in the programmes, similar to the successful integration of sustainability. Secondary responsabilities :

  • Working closely with the EVP’s Chief of Staff in preparing the agenda and minutes for meetings chaired by the EVP (CoDir, ETLC, etc.).

  • Assisting in resolving urgent issues and systematically preparing a memo to significantly reduce the probability of the problem reoccurring.


Profil

  • You have at least a 3 year university degree in management

  • You have a perfect command of english and french, written and spoken.

  • You have relational and organizational skills

  • You have a sense of rigor and can manage stress

  • Experience in higher education is a plus
